Hi, I’m Nikki a 37-year-old woman working in the HR and startup space full time. I’m moving back to Melbourne after some time on the Gold Coast and looking for a quiet and nice place ideally near the water or a big park (Elwood, Middle Park, or Port Melbourne).

I work a lot from home, so I value light and a comfortable setup. My lifestyle is balanced with walks with my golden retriever, Bella, yoga, coffee by the beach, and quiet evenings.

I’m tidy, considerate, and respectful of people’s space. I like a home that feels relaxing.

I'm looking for a furnished one-bedroom or studio (or 2 bedroom if it happens to fit budget) for just myself and my dog, ideally for 3–6 months while I re-establish my base in Melbourne. Bella is well-trained, gentle, friendly, and loves people.

Looking for: a peaceful, pet-friendly home close to a good walking track (ideally near the ocean or a park).
