Looking for a private room in/around Dee Why (mid–end November)
Hey! I’m Felipe, 41, originally from Brazil but living in the Northern Beaches for a while now and in Australia for 11 years. I work full-time in the renewable energy sector and usually WFH twice a week.
I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and social — but also enjoy my downtime. Big fan of music, concerts, movies, beach days, and I am also a musician in my free time (no loud late-night jam sessions, don’t worry!).
Looking for:
• Private room (own bathroom ideal but not a problem, hopefully some off-street parking available :)
• Dee Why / Curl Curl / Collaroy / Narraweena / Brookvale area but also open to Newtown and Marrickvike surrounds if parking available.
• Move-in mid to end of November but flexible
• Budget flexible depending on the place
