Hi, I'm looking for a private room to move into at the beginning of next year. I'm a nurse working in the CBD, so it would be ideal if I could rent a place within CBD/West Melb/Carlton/Fitzroy/Collingwood/Abbotsford/Richmond

I'd like to share a place with someone who is social but also respects private time.
My hobbies:
Cooking – I love hosting dinners for friends (and you’re absolutely invited!)
Art & craft – so many forgotten works in progress, from traditional to digital painting, 3D printing, DIY projects, etc
Learning new things – I will happily listen to you talk about what you do for a living 🧠
Staying active – gym, walks, anything outdoors

Next year, I want to get out more and enjoy life a bit after a few years of juggling work and study. Therefore, I hope we can get along and be friends rather than just sharing a space. I'm always down for spontaneous plans on my days off, very much an "If you are down then I'm down" type yknow.
