I work full time in Health and spend my time between home, work, pilates and friends.
Quiet and tidy, respectful of others and my spaces. I love well written books and foreign television. I can cook a mean dinner and provide the perfect playlist to any occasion. I don’t smoke or drink often but I do enjoy socialising with housemates, love a board game or movie night and sharing meals.

Wouldn’t mind teaming up with someone for a two bed apartment around the Northern Beaches or the inner west as I’d be close to work.
I have my own furniture I’d need an unfurnished and private room.
I would prefer my own space such as a studio/granny flat but I am perfectly happy to house share. Flexible budget but want to try within my means.
I don’t mind being social or keeping to myself.
