Chilled millennial looking for a granny flat / studio /1-bed Brisbane inner city suburbs!

My move date is flexible.

What I’m looking for:
Somewhere that is private.
A studio / granny flat setup.
Open to the right rooming accomodation setup as well.
Happy to sign a lease with the owner of the place!
I don't need any car parking as I don't have a car!
Would love some outdoor space!
Looking for ideally an 9+ month stay! Happy for longer if it's a good setup.

A little about me:
I have a good rental record (in last 15 years in Melbourne) and am respectful of property as a life-long renter. I look after places as if they are my own.
I am lowkey. Not a party person at all. I prefer to socialise outside of my place rather than have people over. And in the rare occasion a couple of people would be over we’d be playing boardgames or watching tv!
Love my TV shows but not a couch potato. RuPaul’s Drag Race, Mr Robot, Money Heist, Abbott Elementary, Slow Horses.
Love my music but of course respect shared spaced/volume levels and I own plenty of pairs of headphones! Doechii, Beyonce, Tobe Nwigwe, Jalen Ngonda.
Currently going to pilates two times a week in Stones Corner. Motivated by treating myself to an iced Matcha at Mourning Roast afterwards!!
Getting back into reading with some recommendations from friends.
Work in administration. Clock in, do a good job and clock out vibes. Currently only in the office. Possibility of Work From Home one day a week in the future but will always be majority in the office.
