Chilled millennial looking for a relaxed, friendly home in Brisbane inner city suburbs!

Open to either renting a room or teaming up with one other person to find a private rental and split costs. My move date is flexible as I’m looking to find the right fit! Currently in Cooparoo.

A little about me:
Love my TV shows but not a couch potato. RuPaul’s Drag Race, Mr Robot, Money Heist, Abbott Elementary, Slow Horses.
Love my music but of course respect shared spaced/volume levels and I own plenty of pairs of headphones! Doechii, Beyonce, Tobe Nwigwe, Jalen Ngonda.
Currently going to pilates two times a week in Stones Corner. Motivated by treating myself to an iced Matcha at Mourning Roast afterwards!!
Getting back into reading with some recommendations from friends.
Keeping my place & communal spaces clean and tidy (two different things!) is important so the place can be relaxing.
Work in administration. Clock in, do a good job and clock out vibes. Currently only in the office. Possibility of Work From Home one day a week in the future but will always be majority in the office.

What I’m looking for:
A good housemate who I’m friendly and/or friends with. But always respectful of each other’s capacity to socialise.
A place with relaxing and homey vibes.
I’m not looking for a party house or the place people have pre-drinks.
I don't currently need any car parking as I don't have a car & just do public transport (50c baby!)

Ideally:
I'm looking for somewhere to call home for at least 9 months or longer.
Ensuite or own bathroom
Roughly similar age / life stage.
Looking for a friendly household, ideally Girl / Gay / They energy (GGT!)
Occasionally have medicinal marijuana for anxiety (not a stoner, outside only, respectful and tidy. Don’t smoke tobacco)

Note: I'm flexible with some things on my profile so if your place doesn't fit exactly it’s all good.

I have furniture in storage so if you want to find a place together I have a couch, TV, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, microwave.
Or I can keep my stuff in storage if I’m looking to just rent a room!
