Full-time worker who enjoys rock climbing, camping, and a relaxed home environment. I’m tidy, friendly, and respectful — I like my downtime but also enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal.

What I’m Looking For:
I’d ideally like to team up with someone to find a new place, but I’m open to you moving in here first while we figure things out together.
My budget is up to $350/week for a team-up, depending on location and setup.

About the Current Place:

Mount Waverley, about 15–20 mins to Burwood Heights tram stop and 30 mins to Brickworks

1 room available – $275/week (bills not included)

Small built-in robe

Shared single bathroom

Small garage + plenty of on-street parking

Fully furnished common areas (fridge, washer, couch, TV, dining table, etc.)

Second bedroom currently used as a study/home office

Two friendly cats – Munch and Charcoal 🐾

The Vibe:
Looking for one easygoing, reliable housemate (any gender) who values a calm home. Not a party house, but fine with casual gatherings or a few drinks.
