Rhys and Jacob

Hi all! I'm a British guy here for my working holiday and excited to finally get some sun and warmth. I'm looking for a place alongside a good friend of mine, Jacob. He's already working full-time in chadstone. We're both clean and respectful housemates, and while everyone loves a party we know when to tone it down. I'm really excited to get into the live music scene in Melbourne, I'm not someone to ever miss a mosh pit or a crowd surf. for that reason I'm hoping to have a fairly long-term stay in the city, leaving occaisionally to see the rest of the country.

Looking for either a flat or a houseshare in some of the inner east suburbs, around richmond/fitzroy/south yarra etc. but this can be flexible.
My budget is around $350 per week but I allow some wiggle room too.

Hoping to move into Melbourne properly around mid/late November, but I'll be around in the city a bit before then if potential housemates wanted to see if we get along first.
