I'm looking to rent a studio, granny flat, or house to myself preferably around Ipswich, but also south side Brisbane along the Ipswich train line or perhaps Beenleigh/Gold Coast train lines would be strongly considered.

- Furnished or unfurnished is fine
- Looking to move by the 12th of May at the latest but happy to move in a little earlier

Must be;

- Within walking distance of a train station or bus stop direct to the Brisbane CBD
- Good internet connection is a must preferably with Ethernet access or able to set up my own router.

About me;

- 26 year old IT professional working in the centre of Brisbane
- I'm quiet, respectful, clean and friendly and like my own space. Not a partygoer, non smoker.
- I will be living by myself, just me, no pets.
- Currently living in Goodna, I like the area but looking to move as my landlord will soon be selling up so I must leave soon.
