Universal Love Beautiful Soul 💙🤗🙌

I am a local Hobartian looking for a long term, small, affordable, cosy, simple room to board in someone's home or rent soon in the next few months in the inner city area (I walk everywhere so need to be a short walk to the city centre, approx 10 -15 mins max)

A tidy, clean, quiet, minimalist, introvert, peaceful, kind, cooperative, friendly, considerate home environment would be ideal as that is what I genuinely also offer to others, mature good, clear, honest, open, consistent communication is also appreciated, I find having a scheduled cuppa regularly to discuss anything needed and gently blossom a housemate connection of trust, kindness, understanding each others unique way of processing the world etc whilst respecting each others quiet time is ideal I am quiet, but bubbly and love a deep heartfelt chat when I have the social capacity, I am creative (a singer/songwriter, my songs are very gentle about love, kindness and creating a world of love, the stars etc 🎶🌌💙🤗🙌✨)

My singing is very gentle/quiet and wouldn't disturb anyone, I love to quietly read, research, write my songs, ponder the universe etc quietly in my room which is my peaceful little haven to recharge from the world

I am best suited to a housemate who doesn't need or expect social interaction and is happy having a very quiet little bunny of a housemate who you may not even know is home I am that quiet, however if I see you in the shared spaces, I do really love to have a friendly, bubbly chat about your day, life, nature, the universe, anything if we both have the social energy!

I am very polite, thoughtful, organised, very tidy, use the shared areas minimally, clean as I go, leaving the area clean for the next person, I look after my room as though it were my own with lots of love, care and peaceful energy 💙✨

Some things that delight my heart and soul are: nature, sitting quietly by the water, listening to bird songs, butterflies, bees, flowers, trees, cloud watching, sunrise/sunset watching, star gazing, seeing beautiful rainbows, bunnies, seals, sharing my singing live around Hobart sharing love and kindness, chai and herbal tea, natural/healthy living, eating vegetarian/vegan diet, essential oils, loving a simple, gentle, slow, grateful life appreciating the little things all around ✨💙

I am single, I don't have visitors at home, I do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, and do not take drugs or have parties/ loud music etc, no pets, am reliable with rent and have a good recent reference where I currently live, looking to move early next year approx (it is very simple for me to move in, just a few bags approx, no furniture etc) so it would be great to secure something in advance
