Hi! I'm a 20-year-old aerospace engineering undergraduate at University of New South Wales looking for a place near campus from around June 1.
I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker, fairly quiet, and generally keep to myself, but I’m always friendly and easy to get along with. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces and always make sure common areas stay tidy and in good condition.
I enjoy playing guitar and photography, and I also like to cook occasionally, so you might see me experimenting in the kitchen a few times a week.
Ideally I’m looking for a place within 20 minutes walking distance of UNSW, with my own bathroom (ensuite or private). I’d prefer a place with fewer flatmates, but I’m happy in either a quiet or social household.
My budget is up to $500/week, though something around $400/week would be ideal.
