Hey!
I'm Hannah, a secondary History teacher from Scotland. I previously lived on The Gold Coast in my early 20s and am finally moving back, hopefully for good.
I am a laid back independent person who enjoys spending time outdoors, being active and also a chill cosy night in. While I am independent and enjoy my own company, I would love to find a home with like minded people who become genuine friends.
I am not much of a cook (and don't eat meat), but am clean and tidy and keeping my home presentable is really important to me. I am not much of a party person anymore, but do love a wine and a catch up on the couch or a chilled night out (especially if live music is included) from time to time.
I don't have any pets of my own, but I love cats and dogs so am more than happy to share my home with friendly furry companions!
Although I am technically entering Australia on a 'working holiday visa' I intend to transfer to permanent skills visa once I am settled in a home and job. With that in mind I am looking for a relatively long term room ideally (but flexible and open to shorter options if need be).
I am ideally looking for female or LGBTQIA+ flatmates - 1 or 2 would be perfect, but for the right dynamic I would be open to a larger group.
I will be arriving in Australia mid-January and looking to move in fairly quickly. Although this means I cannot view a property in person just now, I would be keen to meet over a video call to see if we are a good fit.
Thank you!
