Hey!
I'm Hannah, a secondary school teacher from Scotland. I lived on the Gold Ciast from 2017-19 and recently moved back to Queensland. I have been living and working in Brisbane since the start of the year but will be finally moving back to the Gold Coast in April long term.
I am a laid back independent person who enjoys spending time outdoors, being active and also a chill cosy night in. While I am independent and enjoy my own company, I would love to find a home with like minded girls who become genuine friends.
I am not much of a cook (and I don't eat meat), but am clean and tidy and keeping my home presentable is really important to me. I am not much of a party person anymore, but do love a wine and a catch up on the couch or a chilled night out (especially if live music is included) from time to time.
I don't have any pets of my own, but I love cats and dogs so am more than happy to share my home with friendly furry companions!
Although I am technically entering Australia on a 'working holiday visa' I intend to transfer to permanent skills visa once I am settled in a home and my new job. With that in mind I am looking for a relatively long term room ideally (6-9 months but flexible and open to shorter options if need be).
I am ideally looking for female or LGBTQIA+ flatmates - 1 or 2 would be perfect, but for the right dynamic I would be open to a larger group. Hoping to find somewhere between Coolangata and Palm Beach (the further south and closer to the beach the better, as a former Kirra local!)
Thank you!
