Joedel and JJ

Hi! We’re Joedel and JJ, a friendly and respectful couple who’ve recently moved to Melbourne and are excited to settle into our new chapter here.

Joedel is a secondary school teacher starting at a school in North Fitzroy, so we’re ideally looking for a place nearby or within easy tram distance. We both work full-time and keep a consistent routine during the week, so you can expect a calm, tidy, and drama-free household.

At home, we’re clean, considerate, and easy to live with. We enjoy a quiet space after work but are also happy to share a chat, a meal, or occasional downtime with housemates. We’re non-smokers, responsible with shared spaces, and treat the home with care.

We’re looking for a furnished room (preferably with our own bathroom, but flexible) in a welcoming home. Long-term stay preferred as we’re planning to settle in Melbourne.
