Gyeongjae

Hello, my name is Gyeongjae.
I’m 31 years old and currently living in Australia on a one-year Working Holiday visa. I’m preparing to find a full-time position and looking for a stable and comfortable place to stay.

I enjoy a clean and well-organized living environment and make a habit of cleaning regularly. I don’t smoke, and I prefer a home without parties, drugs, or anything that may disturb housemates or damage the property. I’m a calm and quiet person who respects others’ personal space and lifestyle. I previously lived in a dormitory in Korea, so I’m familiar with shared living responsibilities and understand the importance of consideration and cooperation. As a housemate, I always try to keep the common areas neat and orderly.

Since I don’t have a car, easy access to public transportation is very important to me.
Your place caught my attention because it looks beautiful and well-maintained, and I would really appreciate the opportunity to view it in person if possible.
