I’m moving to Melbourne on the 7th of January from Ireland and I’m looking for a room.

• Clean, respectful, pulls my weight with chores
• Love meeting new people but also enjoy my own downtime
• Working holiday visa — planning to find work in media/marketing once I land
• Can move in anytime from the 8th onwards
• Budget around $300-$400 per week, flexible for the right place
• I’m working in Brighton so Ideally looking around: Balaclava, Windsor, Prahran, South Yarra or St Kilda East — but open to anywhere safe and accessible
