🌿 About Me

Hi there!

My name is Julia Kwon, I’m 29 and I arrived in Australia 19 November on a Working Holiday Visa.

I actually lived in Melbourne for one month last year, and I absolutely fell in love with Australia’s friendly, open and laid-back culture. That experience is what inspired me to come back on a Working Holiday and build a life here.

Before moving to Australia, I worked as a kindergarten teacher for 2 years and a marketer for 3 years. I’m now in the process of converting my qualifications to become a childcare teacher in Australia! Once I start working, I’ll likely be waking up around 5-6am, as childcare and schools usually start early😊

🏡 Home Style
-Looking for a private room
-I don’t have a car, so parking isn’t required
-I keep my room clean, tidy and cosy
-I enjoy cooking and always clean up after myself
-I’m easy-going, respectful and don’t need a roster to do my share

☀️ Lifestyle
-I’m quite active and love outdoor and physical activities—dancing, badminton and more. Now that I’m in Australia, I really want to learn surfing this year!!!

🚫 Smoking & Drinking
-No smoking or drugs at all
-I drink occasionally—not a heavy drinker, but I enjoy socialising, good conversation and spending time with friendly housemates
