I’m a mature, very quiet blended-learning student completing a Bachelor of Counselling at ACAP University College (Brisbane). I mostly keep to myself and spend a lot of time studying. You’ll barely notice I’m home.

Non-negotiable room requirements:
• Bedroom minimum 3m x 3m (my furniture must fit) (unless room is already furnished)
• Bedroom must be downstairs
• Bedroom cannot be west-facing under any circumstances
• Air conditioning allowed in the bedroom
• Decent, reliable internet (I need fast and stable internet for Zoom tutorials)

Household preferences:
• 1–2 other occupants maximum
• Housemates who aren’t home much
• Guests allowed (I’m not looking for a “family-style” household)
• A respectful, independent living setup

Also preferably close distance to train station as I don’t drive.

I’m extremely reliable with rent (never missed or been late) and can provide a rental ledger if required. I’m happy to contribute to cleaning and keeping shared spaces tidy.

I can move in anytime before February 2027 — I’m searching early because my accommodation needs are specific and it gives me adequate time to find appropriate accommodation.
