Joao Paulo and Tamires

good afternoon, May I hope you are well.

My name is João, I’m 35 years old and I’m Brazilian and I live with my wife Tamires, who has been in Surfers Paradise for 36 years since we arrived in Australia. (December 2023).

We need to find a new home because where we live the apartment was sold. Our contract ends on December 7th but we can leave before this.

I’m a leadership management student at Australian Pacific English school.

I work full time as a truck driver at the company Builders World and Tamires works with an office cleaner in Bundall full time as well.

I would like to ask you the kindness of considering renting us your flat, because we are a very quiet couple and we value the peace of our home very much.

We don’t use any kind of drugs, and we don’t promote any party inside our house, our home is a place to rest, study and cook for the week.
