Omkar

Hi everyone! I’m Omkar, and I’m moving over from Mumbai to start my Master of Management in Marketing at UniMelb this coming March.

I’m a morning person who is organized and focused on my studies. While I love being social and exploring the city, I also value my solo time to recharge and work on my creative projects. As a housemate, I’d love an occasional chat or dinner together, but I’m respectful of everyone’s personal space.

Why you’d want me in the house:

The Perks: I make amazing coffee, and I come with a Netflix subscription.

The Hobbies: I’m a drummer (don’t worry, I won't drum at home!) and an ex-state-level badminton player, so I’m always up for a game.

The Vibe: My friends describe me as witty, organized, and focused.

What I'm looking for: A room in a share house within walking distance (or a quick <15 min commute) to the Parkville campus. My budget is approx. $250/week bills inc (can be slightly higher if the place is right). I’m looking to move in mid-Feb 2026 for at least 6 months, ideally 2 years if it's the right fit!
