Hi all, I am an incoming grad student at UniMelb searching with a group of 3 of us total for a shared rental in Parkville, North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Carlton, or Brunswick, potentially through a lease transfer if possible. Our target move-in date is ASAP, as we're very keen to settle down before the semester starts though we'll likely have to be flexible here. We're willing to stretch a bit beyond for the right fit, with a max budget of $1000 pw, not including utilities. We also have a lovely golden retriever mix living with us, so a pet-friendly place is a must!

We're considering a fourth roommate to join us, depending on compatibility and if that helps with the search, so please reach out if you've any leads, offers, or would like to team up :).
