I’m Melina, an international student currently in my final year at the University of Sydney, and I’ve just returned from an exchange program in the U.S.
I’m looking for a 1-bedroom place (preferably with a private bathroom), with a maximum budget of $500 per week. Ideally, the location would be convenient for public transport and close to the University of Sydney.
I’m a quiet, tidy, and reliable tenant with rental experience in both Sydney and the U.S. I’m hoping to live in a calm environment, so I’d prefer quiet and respectful housemates as well.
If it’s a good fit, I’m hoping to stay long-term (around one year).
