My name is Claire Li. I’m a 25-year-old postgraduate student at the University of Sydney. I’m currently doing an internship on a student visa, and after graduating in May, I plan to transition to full-time work on a work visa.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going. I’m quiet at home and prefer a calm living environment. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. I also won’t host friends or partners at the property.
My work schedule is regular: I’m in the office Tuesday to Thursday (9am–5pm) and work from home on Monday and Friday. I’m expecting to move in before 31 December and looking to stay for at least one year.
