As my prince requires an outdoor area I come with my own powerful lawn mower and line trimmer, I am more than happy to take over maintaining the grassy areas.

I am a filthy smoker, however, I am considerate and clean and will never smoke inside or near the house.
I'm not keen for a party house but totally cool with social flatmates, I sleep through constructions and renovations haha.
