I am a female international PhD student at UTS from Malaysia, seeking a cozy studio or granny flat with no shared facilities.
I am a working professional in my home country and am in Sydney solely to complete my PhD, while also making time to discover what Sydney has to offer during my stay. I occasionally travel during semester breaks and return to Malaysia briefly to visit my family. Upon completion of my studies, I will return to Malaysia to serve my country.
As my university is located in Ultimo (CBD), I would prefer a place that is within walking distance to campus or within one hour by train to Central Station.
I value a quiet, peaceful, and respectful living environment that allows me to focus fully on my research. I enjoy simple living, minimalism, and light gardening.
I am a non-smoker, have no pets (but love cats) , do not host parties, and am clean, friendly, considerate, and respectful of others’ property as I also own properties in my country . Ideally, I would also prefer a place that is close to a mosque.
