Hello! My name is Lachlan Simpson, I am 19 years old and I am currently studying on the North side of Brisbane, Queensland. I am in my first year studying a Bachelor of Creative Industries, specialising in film at the Queensland University of Technology. When I'm not behind the camera, I'm either working as a barista, bartender or trivia host, or I'm settled down in my room reading or watching movies. I like skateboarding, cycling and occasionally tinkering on my car. I am looking for accommodation in the northern suburbs whilst I complete my degree. I wish to rent with tenants like me who are clean, tidy, organised and have respect for other people's boundaries and noise tolerances. I do not drink, smoke or party, and most nights I am out working, so I definitely won’t be at the front of any noise complaints. I hope you take the time to consider my application.
