Hi everyone! My name is Callum, I’m a 20-year-old working professional currently looking for a place to stay where I can have my own space.
I work in charity fundraising and usually work long days (around 10am–7pm), so I’m out most of the day and very quiet at night. I’m respectful, clean, reliable with rent, and have no pets.
I grew up in Wagga Wagga, NSW, and moved to Tasmania last year. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, relaxing at home, and I also love baking occasionally (happy to share!). Because of this, I really value a calm, clean, and comfortable living environment. Ideally, I’m looking for a place with few roommates and a well-maintained household.
