I am an international student from Japan, studying at the University of Melbourne since July 2025.
I am in my 40s and looking for a calm and quiet place, as I am quite noise sensitive.

I am tidy, organized, and considerate of housemates.

I usually go to university about three days a week and on other days I study at home.
Since my studies are quite demanding, I like to spend time at home to rest or study at my own pace but I am open to having conversations.
I am new to Melbourne and enjoying exploring the different areas here when I can.

I am looking for a place to live for the next semester, around six months before completing my diploma.
