Early 30s, full time employed 9to5, always pay rent on time. Clean up after myself and have lived in share houses for a number of years (last one for nearly 3 yrs with two girls before we moved. Happy to live with guys or girls as I've done both) Simply looking for a peaceful home where I can come home to relax. Enjoy being outdoors (born in the countryside NZ) random road trips, travelling, board games, trying new things and meeting good people. My frequent party days are behind me and not after a party house but down for a BBQ, board games night now and again. Don't frequently drink and non smoker. Wouldn't mind living with pets and happy to look after them if/when you're away.

Not looking for a particular suburb to live in as long as reasonably easy to get into city (work location).
