Hello! My name is Caitlyn and I’m a Media and Commerce student at UNSW. I’m currently looking for a peaceful, quiet studio to call home during my studies. As an international student who is fully family-funded, you can trust that rent will always be paid reliably and on time.

I have an outgoing yet very respectful personality, and I hold conservative values, which means I don’t host parties, bring lots of people over, or make noise. I genuinely value a calm environment, so I’d be an ideal tenant for a quiet property. I’m friendly and talkative, so I’ll definitely be a pleasant neighbour, but also someone who respects everyone’s space and privacy.

I’m also a bit of a clean freak when it comes to hygiene and tidiness, so the apartment will always be kept in excellent condition.
A little about me: I enjoy going to the gym, reading, writing, and vlogging mostly peaceful, independent hobbies.
I speak fluent English, Indonesian, and Chinese, so communication with me is very easy.
