A little about myself; I am 28 years old, Aus Citizen, half filipino-japanese, have been living in Australia for the past 11 years, (10 of which was spent in Newcastle NSW). I am fairly new to Melbourne, arrived here around Feb 2025, I currently work in a kitchen in the CBD which my shifts would Mon-Thurs/Fri 6am-arvo. I will be taking a diploma course and branch into a bachelor's degree into Deakin Uni to do a career change into sports science. I am fairly active, going to the gym and trying to find any volleyball socials/games that's happening nearby, I don't smoke, not as party oriented, but I am always down to socialise, have a few drinks with friends / housemates in my down time.

My current lease will be ending on the 2nd of Feb so ideally I would like to find a place by the end of January. I am hoping to look for a place somewhere in the eastern suburbs, specifically near PT that can go to CBD and/or Deakin Uni.

If there is anything you'd like to know more, I am more than happy to answer all of them.

Ideally looking for something long-term as I don't have any restrictions and will be planning on staying in Melbourne for a while now.
