Carlo

A bit about myself:
I’m Carlo. I’m 24M from Melbourne, and starting my Master's in International Relations at the end of February at ANU.
I’ve previously done a Bachelor of Science at Unimelb and did two years of college there, 1 year in a share house, and 1 year travelling around the world (6 months in Europe and 6 months as a ski instructor in Canada). Therefore, I’m very clean, organised, and respect people’s space.

My hobbies include skiing, hiking, and running, and in my downtime I enjoy both going out and hanging out at home watching some TV and playing board games (eg Catan and poker). I’m a very social, friendly person who always enjoys making new friends and having some drinks from time to time.

What I’m looking for:
- Room in a share house anywhere in the 20 min pt/ bike ride from ANU vicinity (Braddon, Turner, O’Connor, Lyneham, Downer, Dickson, etc).
- Max budget $300/week (ideally $250 or less though)
- Possibility to park my car within a short walk
- Move in around Feb 17
- Sharing with 2+ other people
- I’d really like to find a sharehouse with people I click with, so I’m happy to start paying rent from an earlier date if it means I can join a really great house.

About you:
- I’m a social person and I’d love to move into a house with housemates who enjoy a social life- drinks together, pub, board games, running etc. while also enjoying their own space.
- Ultimately, I’m looking for housemates who would be more like friends instead of people I just live with.
