Hi! I’m Ava 😊

I’m a bubbly, warm, and easy-going person who gets along with just about anyone, and I’m looking for a relaxed, comfortable place to call home — even if it’s temporary. I love being social and spending time with friends, whether that’s grabbing a good coffee, exploring new spots, or catching up on the weekend, but I also really value a cozy night in with a movie and some downtime.

I work part-time as a bartender in two different bars/pubs and genuinely love hospitality, especially meeting new people and being around different personalities every day.

At home, I’m friendly, respectful, and mindful of other people’s routines. I’m clean and tidy in shared spaces, value open communication, and believe mutual respect is key to a happy household. I enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space — happy to chat or hang out, but also totally fine doing my own thing. I’m responsible with rent and bills and take pride in keeping the place calm, welcoming, and comfortable.
