Angela

My name is Angela and I’m in my early 40’s (please don’t let that put you off!). My property was recently sold for development, so I’m looking for a new place to live long term.
I have a steady full time job (I get my 10 year long service this year) and I work from home 3 or 4 days a week/1 or 2 in the office.
I’m quiet, clean and introverted. I do have three small caged Bourkes birds (which are small like budgies, but are a lot more docile and quiet). They sit next to me when I work at home, so they would stay mostly in my room.
I’m single, a non smoker and I don’t drink. Which makes me sound boring, I guess I kind of am, but that makes me respectful.

I need a place close to public transport, hopefully where I can live with my pets without having to give them up and a quiet place I can work from home.
I’d love it if there is room for my furniture and appliances, but can put them into storage if need be.

Hoping for something around the $360 - $380 mark, I can go a little more if it includes bills and/or is very suitable.

Would prefer aircon and own bathroom (or shared with only one other person), but flexible.
More in date also flexible.
