I am looking for a unfurnished room in bayside area or open for other areas to but bayside preffered. Split system in room essential. Or ducted.
I am 30, female , non smoker, no pets , quiet , clean and respectful of space and boundaries .
Potentially considering fostering a furbabie but flexible .
I would not be ok with people going through my space and vice versa .
I am neurodivervent so neurodivervent household preferred or people that are just friendly and easy going!
Im am not working but currently studying and do get out and about regularly to the gym and events etc . But will be working mostly once Ive moved eventually .
I can provide ledgers and rental references !
I can be social but I am mostly introverted and would prefer to stick to myself most of the time.
But again depending on how well we bounce of each other and get along could be better friends :)
I would need room to set up and run my own 300l fridge and some storage space for some tubs and few things depending on what can fit in room and if its floorboards for fridge etc .
I also really value human decency and communication so if arent the right fit please just let me know at least , its hard enough just putting yourself out there these days , house hunting can be draining .
I would prefer a phone call over messeging backwards and forwards as im really needing to find somewhere as soon as possible .
