Hi there! I am a female 34 y/o Singaporean Masters student studying urban planning at RMIT. I am looking for a 6 to 12-month lease in inner-city suburbs, for a female-only ensuite bedroom. Move-in date by end-Jan.

I appreciate quiet living and winding-down most evenings, and enjoy the occasional hang out -- happy to respect the space and downtime that my prospective housemate prefers! I enjoy keeping my living space clean and tidy. It'll be a great bonus if we share an affinity for leafy/highfloor views, no-smoking and natural lighting in the house. I don't intend to have pets although one can hope to be godma to my housemate's cat, haha.

In my free time, I enjoy taking walks in neighbourhood parks and waterfronts, going to the gym, and hiking roadtrips. I am a coffee and food lover who loves exploring melbourne's exciting food scene or making simple Singaporean home-cooked meals.

My bestest friends were my housemates from my Bachelor days and through them, I have come to appreciate transparency, tact and a genuine desire to communicate to find common ground and solving issues as a team. Hit me up if you feel we'd be a good fit!
