I’m chill, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I work in finance in the city, and most weekdays are fairly routine. Outside of work I keep things low-key with badminton, swimming, and usually spending Saturdays at a friend’s place. I value a calm, non-smoking home with no parties or large groups, and no pets.
