I’m looking for a private room in a shared house or homestay, available ASAP.
Location preferred:
CBD, South Bank, Fortitude Valley, Milton, Bowen Hills, Auchenflower
(or anywhere within a few minutes’ walk to bus or train stations)
Stay duration:
• Minimum 2 weeks, ideally up to 1 month
• Flexible with dates
About me:
• Working professional (on contract)
• Clean, quiet, and very respectful of shared spaces
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Usually out during the day, low-key at home
• Reliable and easy to live with
I’m happy to provide ID, references, and payment upfront if needed.
