Hello, I’m an international student joining in from India at the University of Sydney. I’m looking for a private room with traveling time upto 30-45 mins to the university under a budget of AUD 350/pw including bills. I’m looking for something short term like a month but if it works out well then would be ready to extend the lease as well to a longer period. I’d appreciate if the listing comes with some basic furnishings, About me, I’m an introvert and like to keep matters to myself. I also love watching and playing football and other outdoor activities.
