Hi, I am an international student moving to Melbourne and will be studying Computer Science at Monash University. I hold a valid Australian student visa and have a confirmed full offer from Monash University.

I am looking for a room for around 2 months while I settle in and get familiar with the city. My budget is up to 250 AUD per week and I am happy with a shared apartment or house.

I will also be looking for a part time job alongside my studies, so I will have a structured routine with classes and work during the week.

I am clean, organised, and respectful, and I value a calm and tidy living environment. I spend most of my time studying, working on my laptop, going to the gym or swimming, and exploring the city. I always clean up after myself and respect shared spaces.

I am a non smoker, do not host parties, and prefer a quiet and friendly household. I am reliable with rent, easygoing, and happy to follow house rules.
