Guinivere

Hi! My name is Guinivere and I’m looking for a women-only place to stay for around $200 - $300 weekly rent (different if the utilities are included).

I’m 20 years old, I have been living in Gold Coast all my life, I am currently working and can move in February. I am looking for a long-term stay (at least yearly).
I’m very conscious of keeping my space and the communal space tidy and clean. I’m not too loud at all and I value communication especially when living with others. I’m honest and very open to conversation about boundaries and respect. I would mostly keep to myself, but I’m very friendly and love getting to know people if it’s mutual!
