I’m Ollie (24) Australian moving to Sydney for work (demolition engineer) and looking for a private room + some easy-going housemates!

Preferably around the Eastern Suburbs (would love to be near the beach!). Budget is about $500/week including bills, and I’m aiming to move in late Feb (last week) or early March.

I’ve got 5.5 years of rental history (with both guys and girls) and can provide great references. I’m into surfing, staying active, anything outdoorsy, social when it suits, but also respectful of a calm house and everyone’s space.
