Harry Murphy and Amy

My name is Harry (28), and I’ve relocating to Sydney from Ireland with my partner, Amy. We are both working professionals - I work in a global finance role, and Amy works in HR based in the CBD. We are tidy, respectful, and take pride in maintaining a clean and well‑kept home.
Outside of work, I’m focused on fitness, having played rugby for years and now training for triathlons. Our lifestyle is quiet and settled - we don’t party, don’t smoke, have no pets, and socialize outside the apartment.
I have rented previously for one year in Cork and for 18 months in Barcelona, always maintaining excellent landlord relationships and leaving properties in excellent condition. Amy shares the same values and approach to renting, having rented for one year in Dublin for her masters and also Barcelona.
We are seeking a clean, comfortable apartment and a flexible on duration. Long term preferred if in the right area, however we are open to shorter term sublets. We can provide rental references, proof of stable income, and will always pay rent on time. Clear communication and looking after the property are important to us.
