Dear Property Manager,
My name is Marta, and my partner Alex and I are applying to rent your property. We recently moved
to Sydney and are excited to settle into a home where we can build our long-term life here. We are
seeking a minimum six-month lease, with every intention to stay longer.
Alex works full-time in recruitment, and I will be starting my role in childcare in mid-February. We
both value stability, routine, and a healthy work-life balance. We are hardworking, reliable, and
organised individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful living environment.
We are non-smokers, have no pets, and live a quiet lifestyle. As tenants, we are respectful of
neighbours, responsible with property care, and prompt with communication. We are looking for a
place we can treat as our home, not just a rental.
