Hiii! My name is Jinny 🙂
I’m a 21-year-old Korean woman, and I’ll be staying in Australia for a year starting February 23, 2026, on a working holiday visa.
Since I’m an artistic person, I’m planning to live in Melbourne, a city full of art and creativity. I’m happy to live anywhere within the metropolitan area, and I’m also open to nearby suburbs as long as the neighborhood is safe and comfortable.

I really enjoy getting along with people, and I’m a bit of a jokester— I love having fun, lighthearted conversations and laughing together. I always try to be kind to others and keep a positive mindset.
 I’m very animal-friendly, and if there’s a gentle cat around, I could honestly pet it all day. 🐱🤍

I’m looking to stay in one place for at least 3–4 months, and if we get along well, I’d be happy to stay longer. If I ever need to move out, I’ll always give at least one month’s notice.
I don’t smoke, and I’m not really into partying. I respect shared house rules because I care about not causing any inconvenience to my roommates. For that reason, I don’t bring friends over to the house. Since it’s a shared home, I strongly believe in respecting each other’s boundaries and personal space.

I’m currently a university student in Korea, majoring in Film at Suwon University (Having a break after third year). I make films myself and communicate closely with actors, so I really enjoy talking about movies with people!!!

Fun fact: last year, I made a horror film story about a female ghost defeats the villain, and it won an award at a film festival 👻🏆 That’s how passionate and persistent I am.

Also, since I hope to work as a barista in Australia, I’m currently working at a café : full time job for a year in Korea. So if my roommates love coffee, I’d be more than happy to make and share some with you ☕
I usually wake up early and head out for work in the morning. In the evenings, I like to go for a walk or enjoy some quiet me-time.


If any conflicts come up, I prefer to handle them in a mature and honest way through calm communication.
Overall, I’m a tidy, positive person who values mutual respect and good vibes at home.
