Looking for a social share-house to join (or create)!

Have been in Sydney for a year and current lease is ending soon. Looking to move ASAP but by May 11 at the latest.

I work full time in CBD as a software engineer, 5 days a week in the office (🥲), so looking for something <30mins PT or bicycle into city. Thinking inner east or inner west.

Budget: ideal range 400-600/w, max 650/w

I'm by no means a party animal, but it would be great to have a social environment and be friends with my housemates (e.g. occasional dinner parties, shared dinner sometimes or drinks together with friends). I also enjoy being active and heading off for the occasional hike.

Comfortable with any gender split. Looking to live in a 3-4 person house
