🏡 Couple Looking for an Entire Rental Property in Brisbane

Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a comfortable place to call home.

• Budget: $500–$600 per week
• Property: Preferably 2 bedrooms, but we are also open to a spacious 1-bedroom property with a good-sized living area
• Entire property only — no shared houses
• At least 1 car space
• Preferably furnished or partly furnished
• Air conditioning preferred
• Essential appliances included
• Close to a bus stop or other convenient public transport
• Move-in date: October 2026, although we may be able to move in earlier
• Lease term: Preferably long-term

Preferred areas:

Woolloongabba, Greenslopes, Holland Park, Holland Park West, Upper Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt, Coorparoo, Norman Park and Stones Corner. We are also open to nearby suburbs with convenient public transport.

We understand it may be difficult to find a property that includes 2 bedrooms, furniture, appliances, air conditioning and parking within our budget, so we are flexible. A spacious 1-bedroom apartment or unit would also suit us if it has a comfortable living area, a kitchen and good access to public transport.

We are a quiet, friendly and tidy couple. We are non-smokers, have no pets and do not host parties. We respect our neighbours and will take good care of the property.

We are looking for a clean, well-maintained home close to public transport and local shops. We can provide identification, proof of income, rental references and any other required documents.
