Hi everyone! My partner and I are looking for a comfortable place to call home.

• Budget: $500-$600 per week
• Property: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living area and kitchen
• Parking: At least 1 car space
• Preferably with air conditioning
• Essential appliances included
• An entire property is strongly preferred rather than a shared home
• Move-in date: October 2026, but we may be able to move in earlier
• Lease term: Preferably long-term

Preferred areas:

Woolloongabba, Sunnybank, Greenslopes, Holland Park, Upper Mount Gravatt, Coorparoo, Norman Park and Stones Corner. We are also open to nearby suburbs with convenient public transport.

We are a quiet, friendly and tidy couple. We are non-smokers, have no pets and do not host parties. We respect our neighbours and will take good care of the property.

We are looking for a clean, well-maintained home with convenient access to public transport and local shops. We are happy to provide identification, proof of income, rental references and any other required documents.
