Headline: Reliable Single Dad & Mature Teen Daughter Seeking 2 Rooms / Team-Up along Metro Line

Hi,I'm a single dad looking for shared accommodation for myself and my 16-year-old daughter. We are looking to rent 2 rooms in an established home, or ideally team up with another single parent, or single female who values a peaceful, respectful, and secure household. I have been in Australia for 20 years and my daughter is born and brought up in Australia and USA. We are of Indian heritage.

We are both quiet, have no pets, and take great pride in keeping our living space clean, comfortable, and highly organized. We deeply respect personal space and privacy, and we are looking for a housemate who appreciates the same balanced, harmonious dynamic.

Our Preferences & Location:

1. Rooms: We require 2 rooms and are ready to pay the appropriate higher share of rent/bills accordingly.

2. Locations: Highly flexible, but we need to be within walking distance of the Sydney Metro Northwest / City line (anywhere from Tallawong and Rouse Hill through to Chatswood and Victoria Cross).
