Hi,

I'm a 55-year-old single dad with my 15-year-old daughter, and we're looking for shared accommodation with one other person. Ideally, we'd like to share with another single parent with children or a single female who values a peaceful, respectful home environment.

We're both quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, and like to keep my living space clean, comfortable, and well-organised. I respect other people's privacy and personal space and am looking for housemates who feel the same way.

I'm also open to teaming up with like-minded people to rent a property together. Location-wise, I'm flexible and would consider anywhere within easy walking distance of the Sydney Metro line, from Tallawong through to Victoria Cross.
