I have business interests in Canberra but i'm currently residing at sunshine coast,
I will have to come to canberra regularly to do events which is the area i work in,
I'm looking for a Room with some large storage space (arge garden shed or a lock up garage or similar that i can ideally have access to power & a water supply nearby so i could setup & store a fridge & freezer here & also do some work in this space when i'm around.
I would likely only be within the house/ this room for up to half of the year so i am quite budget conscious.
I'm very easy to get along with & i respect other peoples space & privacy but don't mind socialising when the opportunity presents.
