I’m working as a nurse on a casual contract and have consistent, reliable income. I take my work and responsibilities seriously and am very dependable when it comes to rent payments and household commitments. I am also a non-smoker and have additional savings, which provides further financial security.

We’re both very house proud, clean, and mindful of the spaces we live in. We don’t drink very often and prefer quiet evenings at home. We’re particularly drawn to this apartment because it’s located in a quieter area, which really suits our lifestyle.
