Hi, I'm Hoy!

I just came back from a semester in Paris, and I'm looking for a 5-6-month stay while I finish my degree. I'm studying International Relations at USYD and work casually as a kitchen hand and occasional bartender in Redfern.

I really love to cook and host lowkey dinner parties from time to time, so I'm looking for a flat with a nice kitchen and would be really keen to have housemates who appreciate good food and wine. I speak a little French and Spanish as well as English and Korean, so an international crowd would be a bonus too.

Other than that, I'm a pretty clean and tidy guy, I always pay my rent on time, and spend most of my day either at uni or work, so there shouldn't be any issues with having me as a tenant.

The housing market can be tough, but I know there can be some real gems in the Inner West, so I'm looking forward to seeing what's out there.
