G’day, I’m Chelsea! I’m a musician and creative, so I spend most of my work and spare time around music — singing, piano, guitar, songwriting, and performing (opera, musical theatre, and cabaret). I love anything creative. I’m clean, tidy, and very respectful of shared spaces, and I always do my part with chores and bills.

I’m easy-going, considerate, bubbly, and a little boho/quirky with my fashion sense, and I really value a calm, positive home environment. I enjoy the occasional spontaneous day or night out, a glass of wine, movie or jam nights, and time with friends. I love a good chat but also appreciate personal space and quiet time.

I am flexible with move in and out dates, and am looking for a weekly budget of anywhere between $250-$300.

Overall, I’m reliable, friendly, and fun to live with, and I’m looking for a place where everyone feels comfortable and at home. :)
